The belt type sampler is designed for the uniform distribution of foreign bulk materials. The small belt is used for uniform feeding. The material is divided by the second extension, and the collection device is connected at the bottom of the second extension. The whole set of equipment is compact in structure, simple in operation and strong in average distribution, which is suitable for the average distribution of various materials.
The sampler consists of three parts: belt feeding unit, second extension and collecting unit.
The belt feeding unit is controlled by the speed regulating motor, which can realize the equal distribution or mixing of two kinds of particles at the same time. After feeding, the material first controls its section width through the baffle plate, and then controls its thickness through the adjusting plate, so as to ensure that the material is evenly fed before entering the dichotor, and further ensure that the material is evenly distributed.
