The commodity inspection-type iron ore sampling and sample preparation system can integrate a robotic manipulator with the equipment to automatically complete the sampling of incoming iron ore, online particle size analysis, automatic moisture determination, preparation of pellet physical samples, and preparation of compositional samples (online crushing, dividing, grinding to 0.15 mm, automatic packaging, and coding). The entire sample preparation process is fully automated, environmentally friendly, and unattended.
