Bauxite Sampling, Sample Preparation, Inspection and Analysis

The sampling, sample preparation, inspection and analysis of bauxite ore are divided into two units: a pre-treatment sampling and sample preparation system and an inspection and analysis system. Automatic connection between the two can be achieved through a pneumatic conveying system, enabling fully automatic and unmanned operation throughout the process.

Fully Automatic Pre-treatment Sampling and Sample Preparation System

It can perform functions such as automatic full-section sampling of bauxite samples, uniform feeding, sample buffering, automatic moisture determination, automatic particle size analysis, chemical sample preparation, and reject return.

Fully Automatic Inspection and Analysis System

It can perform sample input, dividing, high-precision batching (sample, flux, release agent), crucible constant-weight determination, loss on ignition (LOI) determination, automatic fusion, fused bead quality assessment, automatic coding of fused beads, automatic X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, automatic carbon-sulfur elemental analysis, and automatic storage and retrieval of retained samples.
