Product introduction
This machine meets the requirements of GB / T14201-1993 method for determination of compressive strength of iron ore pellets. It is mainly used to measure the compressive strength of iron ore pellets.The machine is suitable for colleges and universities, quality inspection departments, metallurgical industry, scientific research institutions and relevant industrial and mining enterprises. It is a special equipment for iron ore pellet performance inspection and research.
This machine eliminates the manual operation in the test process, and has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, reliable performance, very easy to use and high measurement accuracy.It can perform 140 particle tests in about 60 minutes.
The main components of the automatic testing machine are: particle spiral vibration feeder, particle mechanical arm system, hydraulic compression cylinder with sensor and switch, hydraulic unit with solenoid valve, precision weighing sensor, PLC and RS485 serial communication, microcomputer and printer.
