Product introduction
DGP single-tooth roller crusher is mainly used for large coal, coal gangue, slag, shale, coke, galena, siderite, loose limestone, sphalerite, limonite and other compressive strength not exceeding 150Mpa. The crushing of materials is especially suitable for the crushing of large-grained materials to below 50mm.

Technical features
The single-toothed roller is a bow-shaped toothed plate made of high-manganese steel, which is mounted on a cast iron wheel with a polygonal cross section and is easy to replace after wear;
The crusher is driven by a V-belt, with a closed design and low speed, which makes the air disturbance in the crushing chamber small, effectively reducing the loss of moisture in the sample;
The arc-shaped crushing plate of the crusher adopts a slit-like structure, and the crushing plate is made of high-manganese steel, and the qualified products are simultaneously discharged from the gap during the crushing process to reduce over-grinding of the material.
