Product introduction
DPJ Series Belt Feeders for all materials used in sample preparation systems delivery. The design fully considers the full load condition, the bandwidth and belt speed are designed reasonably, and the conveying and feeding capacity meets the process requirements to ensure uniform feeding. There is no phenomenon of blocking or scattering during operation. It can be started at full load after an emergency stop, and there is no slippage when starting or braking under various conditions.

Technical features
Fully sealed outer cover with baffles on both sides of the belt to prevent moisture loss and dust leakage;
With scraper cleaner to avoid bonding of wet and fine materials on the belt;
Reversible belt feeder adopts double waist drum roller to prevent belt deviation;
Use bolt tensioner to adjust the belt deviation and avoid slack and slip due to belt aging;
It is equipped with a zero-speed detection switch to effectively detect the slippage, breakage and blockage of the conveyor.
