Product introduction
The design and manufacturing standards of the DDZF linear shrinking machine are in compliance with the ISO TC102 series of standards. The working principle is that the material falls from the drop opening, the motor is driven by the chain, and the intercepting bucket is driven to reciprocate linearly, and the falling material is intercepted to take a full-section sub-sample.
According to the process requirements, it can be designed as two outlets or three outlets. A tool steel knife edge is installed at the opening to increase the wear resistance at the opening.
The reducer adjusts the contraction component by: 1. adjusting the feed amount of the upper belt feed; 2. adjusting the cut interval of the reducer.
