On December 5, the ferroalloy‑related projects of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. reached a critical milestone—the acceptance team completed a comprehensive acceptance inspection, and all three projects—the alloy automation and furnace charge environmental protection renovation project, as well as the price comparison project for the automatic alloy sample preparation system—successfully passed acceptance.

   Since the project was launched, Doshine Measurement and Control has assembled a dedicated technical team, adhering to the principle of "precision, efficiency, safety, and compliance," and targeting "high standards, high efficiency, and high quality" to precisely advance every phase of the work. At the project site, the professional team methodically carried out precise equipment hoisting, installation, and cable routing and connections, with every step strictly following high standards and rigorous requirements. The system equipment passed all tests—including no‑load and load commissioning, single‑machine verification, and system‑level validation—fully meeting the technical specifications.

   During the acceptance process, the acceptance team conducted rigorous inspections of all core performance indicators of the equipment for both projects. In terms of equipment, the projects encompass a complete set of alloy sample preparation equipment, including robotic arms, crushers, dividers, grinders, and dust collection systems. The price comparison project for the automatic alloy sample preparation system includes key equipment such as crushers, dividers, grinders, and control software. After joint acceptance by the Equipment Department and the Second Raw Material Inspection Station, all listed equipment was delivered in full, in compliance with the technical agreement requirements. In the performance evaluation stage, both projects performed excellently across seven key dimensions: technical parameters, functional operation, crushing efficiency, dividing accuracy, system deviation, grinding efficiency, and sample preparation efficiency.

   The successful completion of this acceptance is a full recognition of Doshine Measurement and Control's technical strength and project service capabilities. Going forward, Doshine Measurement and Control will complete the project delivery in accordance with specifications, continue to stay customer‑needs oriented, and provide reliable technical support for the intelligent and environmentally friendly upgrading of the steel industry.
