At 9:16 a.m. on November 29, the installation of the centralized automated raw material sample preparation renovation project for the Manufacturing Department of Guangdong Zhongnan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd., designed and manufactured by Doshine Measurement and Control, was initiated at the company's production base.

   The transport vehicles, fully loaded with equipment, entered the plant area in an orderly manner and, under the guidance of on‑site staff, smoothly arrived at the designated area. This marked the commencement of the substantial equipment installation phase for this important project.

   At 9:16 a.m., the equipment installation was officially launched. The project includes three fully automated robotic sample preparation systems for coal, iron ore, and flux, together with supporting systems such as an intelligent sample storage system and a dust collection system. It enables automated sample preparation for bulk raw materials and fuels—including iron ore, sinter, flux ore, coal, and coke—as well as for products from the ironmaking area processes. The system consolidates raw material and pre‑ironmaking inspection operations, improves the working environment, enhances labor efficiency, and reduces job‑related sensitivity (i.e., reliance on manual intervention).

   This cooperation marks an important milestone for Doshine Measurement and Control in the field of automation retrofitting for the steel industry. The company's professional technical and installation team will strictly follow the project plan to carry out mechanical equipment installation, system commissioning, and related work, ensuring that the project is delivered and put into operation as scheduled.
