Recently, Doshine Measurement and Control has added another new project to its portfolio, successfully signing a cooperation order for the "Intelligent Online Inspection System for Inbound Truck‑Delivered Iron Materials and Flux Auxiliary Materials at Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes' Wu'an Plant." The installation of this intelligent equipment will bring a substantial upgrade to the plant's outdated manual sampling practices.
Currently, the incoming iron materials and auxiliary materials at this facility are sampled manually, with sampling points distributed across multiple areas. This has led to issues such as poor timeliness of sampling, inadequate traceability of the process, high labor intensity for personnel, and elevated safety risks. As a result, the current approach can no longer meet the inspection requirements.
The newly contracted intelligent online inspection system for inbound iron materials and auxiliary materials adopts a proven integrated intelligent solution that combines three key components: truck‑mounted bridge‑type automatic sampling, robotic automatic sample preparation, and automatic pneumatic sample delivery. The system enables automatic sampling, batch buffering, particle size analysis, moisture determination, sample preparation, packaging and coding, and automatic pneumatic transmission of analytical samples to the laboratory for more than ten types of materials—including lump ore and limestone—along with integrated dust control. The entire process is managed in a unified, unattended manner, effectively resolving the site's current problems and significantly enhancing the quality control of incoming materials.
Once the new system is put into operation, the site will be transformed: it will cover the entire chain of sampling, preparation, and transport for incoming ores and fluxes, consolidating what were previously scattered operational areas into a single integrated location. Sampling positions will be streamlined, and manpower efficiency will be significantly improved.
Going forward, the project team will make every effort to advance the system design work, closely integrating with the actual on‑site operating conditions to ensure proper adaptation and commissioning of each functional module. This will effectively mitigate safety risks, improve production efficiency, and comprehensively strengthen the quality control level of incoming materials.
