The automatic ferroalloy sampling and screening equipment for Zhanjiang Steel, designed and manufactured by Doshine (Shanghai) Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully loaded and dispatched on March 7. After careful preparation and standardized transportation, the equipment arrived smoothly at the Zhanjiang project site on March 10, marking the successful completion of the entire logistics chain—from loading and transport to on‑site unloading.

   To ensure the safe and on‑time delivery of the equipment, the Doshine Measurement and Control project team planned the transport route in advance and formulated a comprehensive shipping plan. The equipment was professionally packaged and secured. From loading and dispatch to smooth arrival, the team worked in close coordination, ultimately achieving a delivery that was free from damage and without delay. The equipment arrived safely at the Zhanjiang site on March 10 and the unloading operation was successfully completed.

   The ferroalloy automatic sampling and screening equipment delivered in this project is equipped with one screening unit and one sampling unit, capable of operating simultaneously. The screening unit can separate the material into five particle size fractions and automatically calculate the particle size distribution. The sampling unit can automatically collect and retain samples. This system is tailored to meet the actual needs of ferroalloy quality inspection at Zhanjiang Steel, supporting the customer in achieving intelligent and standardized upgrades in their production process.
