Recently, the "Centralized Automated Raw Material Sample Preparation Renovation Project for Guangdong Zhongnan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.," meticulously developed by Doshine (Shanghai) Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., has fully entered its critical commissioning phase. At the production site of Guangdong Zhongnan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd., all equipment units are operating in coordination, with the technical team precisely controlling every process step, ensuring that the commissioning work is advancing steadily according to schedule.

  To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the technical team of Doshine Measurement and Control has already been stationed on site, working closely with relevant technical personnel from Guangdong Zhongnan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd. The project includes three robotic fully automatic sample preparation systems for coal, iron ore, and flux. At present, the commissioning work is progressing steadily and efficiently according to the established plan.

  Upon completion of this renovation, it will not only significantly reduce labor costs and safety risks in the raw material sample preparation process, but also enable real‑time early warning and precise quality control of raw materials through centralized data management and visual monitoring, thereby providing scientific data support for production process optimization.
