In January 2020, our company successfully signed a complete set of equipment project of A300 series online automatic sample preparation and testing system in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

This project is designed to meet the requirements of the A300 series on-line automatic sample preparation and testing system newly added in the whole plant inspection, laboratory and environmental monitoring project of the third blast furnace system of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The system automatically completes the port and plant ore sampling, sample preparation, physical and chemical element analysis; the system all adopts manipulator automatic processing flow, the automatic docking analysis results of on-line automatic ore melting and analytical instruments are uploaded automatically for the first time in China.The system realizes automatic, unmanned and intelligent ore sampling, sample preparation, physical analysis and chemical analysis. The winning bid of this project indicates that our company's level of product automation and intelligence in the field of testing has risen to a new height.
