In December 2019, our company successfully signed a complete set of coke automatic on-line inspection system and individual equipment projects such as belt conveyor, head funnel and lower chute of buffer hopper in Manufacturing Management Department of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd..

This project integrates the coke inspection tasks of the first, second and third coking products of Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., focusing on on-site sample preparation and (part) project on-line inspection.

It is proposed to build a set of automatic on-line coke detection system in the current C105BC/C106BC head transfer station to realize the automatic on-line measurement of coke particle size, Mikoum drum strength, DI drum strength and other test samples of the first, second and third finished coke products, and the automatic preparation of coke reactivity, industrial analysis, porosity, moisture and other test samples by robot. The system not only meets the GB national standard but also meets the JS standard. It is the most advanced automatic sampling system of finished coke robot with the most complete function and the highest degree of automation in China.

This project is designed for the fully automatic on-line coke inspection system of the manufacturing management department of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. This project can simultaneously meet the inspection of finished coke products of six coke ovens in the first, second and third coking industry.
