At the beginning of November this year, our company and Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. formally signed an agreement to upgrade their raw material sampling and preparation system. This transformation includes the upgrade of the shipping belt head sampler, the coal and mineral sample preparation equipment at the end of the belt of the A1 transfer station.

The difficulty of this project is that the shipping materials (coal and fine ore) have high humidity and high viscosity. When the ship is unloaded, the material at the bottom of the cabin becomes muddy, which easily causes blockages.

Combining many years of sample preparation experience, our company solves this phenomenon comprehensively. Using mobile interception sampler, at the same time, the belt conveyors at all levels are equipped with internal and external cleaners. Open more inspection windows and increase the size of inspection windows, set the vibrator at the position where the material is easily blocked. As the too moisture and gummy material at the bottom of the cabin, which are not suitable for entering the sample preparation system. We use the method of adding a hammer sampler to solve this problem. The entire transformation system has a self-cleaning function, an anti-blocking function, an automatic fault detection function, an alarm function, an automatic material status recognition function, and a manual operation function.
