Recently, ore and coke automatic sampling device project of ironmaking engineering of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has already started, which is undertaken by our company.

No. 1 and No. 2 blast furnace of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. are both equiped with the ore and coke sampling systems in order to take the sample of ore and coke, and then send them to the inspection laboratory for particle size analysis.

The existing sampling devices have some problems such as high labor intensity, high environmental pollution, inability to perform online inspection, and waste of resources. In this project, the ore sampling device and coke sampling device of the No.1 and No.2 blast furnace of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. are reconstruct separately. One set of ore one-click sampling intelligent particle size classifier and one set of coke one-click sampling intelligent particle size classifier have been rebuilt for No.1 and No.2 blast furnaces of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. .
