Recently, Doshine (Shanghai) Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. received good news: the "Automatic Ferroalloy Screening and Sampling System" built for Zenith Steel Group has successfully passed acceptance and has been officially put into operation.

   The system integrates automatic bag opening, screening, weighing, recovery, and data processing into one unified solution. It prints reports and ultimately uploads the data to the Nantong Smart Inspection and Testing System of Zenith Steel, achieving full‑process digital management and control.

   During the project acceptance phase, the Zenith Steel acceptance team conducted full‑process testing of the system, and all performance indicators met or exceeded the design specifications. After the system is put into operation, it will significantly improve the accuracy and timeliness of ferroalloy raw material inspection.
