After nearly half a year's hard work, under the guidance of our company's installation team and the close cooperation of the construction unit, the A300 series online and offline automatic sample preparation and detection system of Zhanjiang steel's No.3 high furnace has completed the installation, commissioning, single machine equipment assessment and internal system deviation assessment of the whole system according to the quality and quantity of nodes. Among them, A300 online system has completed the full-automatic detection of 320000 tons of iron ore unloading from three outer ships, the whole process of equipment operation is stable, and the detection data is reliable; the off-line full-automatic detection system has also completed the loading test of 19 kinds of materials in the plant, and will be put into use soon.
