This project comprises two sampling, sample preparation, and testing systems—one for coke and one for sinter. Leveraging robotics technology, our company has integrated a complete closed loop covering automatic sampling, sample preparation, packaging and coding, moisture determination, particle size analysis, tumbler index determination, and reject recovery, with integrated control throughout the entire process. Once completed, the project will enable rapid and accurate sampling, sample preparation, and testing, greatly shortening testing time and improving supervision efficiency.
