Recently, the equipment for the "Intelligent Online Inspection System for Inbound Truck‑Delivered Iron Materials and Flux Auxiliary Materials at Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes' Wu'an Plant" project, undertaken by Doshine (Shanghai) Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., has successively completed production assembly and factory inspection, and has begun loading and shipping. This marks that the project has fully entered the critical phase of on‑site installation and commissioning.

  This project imposes high requirements on the detection accuracy, real‑time performance, and level of automation for inbound truck‑delivered iron materials and flux auxiliary materials. Doshine Measurement and Control assembled a dedicated project team and rigorously oversaw the entire process—from solution design and equipment manufacturing to quality control—to ensure that the system meets the operational needs for intelligent inspection of incoming raw materials.

   Prior to shipment, the company's quality inspection department conducted a comprehensive factory inspection of the completed equipment in accordance with the relevant technical standards and contract requirements. All performance indicators met the design specifications, ensuring that the equipment was delivered to the site in a qualified condition.

   Upon the equipment's arrival at the site, the Doshine Measurement and Control technical team will immediately proceed with installation guidance, system commissioning, and related tasks, to ensure that the intelligent online inspection system for inbound truck‑delivered iron materials and flux auxiliary materials is put into operation as early as possible and delivers stable performance.
