Recently, in the green intelligent upgrading project of the Jiadong Stockyard under the Storage and Transportation Department of Jiuquan Iron and steel (Group) Co., Ltd, undertaken by Doshine Measurement and Control, the sub‑project for the stockyard renovation—specifically the sample preparation and feed control system integration and software development services—has successfully passed acceptance, delivering an impressive result for the green and intelligent upgrade of Jiuquan's stockyard.
Project Overview
As a core hub for the storage and transportation of steel production raw materials, the Jiadong Stockyard of Jiuquan Iron and steel (Group) Co., Ltd is focused on meeting the demands of efficient operations and green development. Leveraging its expertise in intelligent inspection and system integration, Doshine Measurement and Control has independently developed two robotic sample preparation systems for ores and multiple types of coal (including pulverized coal for blast furnace injection, coking coal, and sintered anthracite), along with a feed material control system. The system integrates functions such as automatic material receiving, sorting, preparation of industrial analysis samples, coding and packaging, retention of duplicate samples, total moisture testing, and waste material disposal. This solution digitizes and intelligently manages the material receiving and inspection process at Jiuquan, replacing previous manual operations, enhancing the quality control level of incoming raw materials and fuels, and reducing quality-related disputes.
During the acceptance process, the acceptance team gave high praise to the project's technical advancement, stability, and application effectiveness through methods such as on‑site inspection, document review, and system demonstration.
The successful acceptance of this project demonstrates Doshine Measurement and Control's strong capabilities in intelligent inspection and system integration.
