In order to meet the continuous increase of mixed ore and iron ore distribution business of Zhoushan Shulanghu ore transit terminal, our company enters the port at Zhoushan Shulanghu ore transit terminal. Our company installed 3 sets of commercial inspection and sample preparation system at the entry port of Zhoushan Shulanghu ore transit terminal and combined the business characteristics of ore blending at Zhoushan Shulanghu ore transit terminal. For different quality ore raw materials, the mixing ratio and quality optimization are performed to form new ore varieties. We have thoroughly discussed the feasibility of the automatic sampling system of mixed ore with the port owner and inspection department, and guided the operation of the ore mixing process with the results of quality analysis. Our company carried out a detailed survey on the site of No. 9 transfer station, and rebuilt the head hoppers of 3 loading belt conveyors in No. 9 transfer station. Installed 3 sets of sampling equipment in accordance with ISO standards to sample, scale down and collect the new mine after mixing, in order to obtain representative samples which fully meet the relevant standards.Then use the existing laboratory sample preparation equipment on the dock to prepare samples for accurate and timely sample quality analysis.In May 2017, our company researched and developed the mixed ore sampling system of Zhoushan Shulanghu ore transit terminal. And it was installed and commissioned in October.
At present, the system is running well, contributing to our company's efforts to build the Northeast Asian iron ore distribution center in Ningbo Zhoushan Port.
