After three months of day and night struggle and coordination, the raw material unit ore automatic sample preparation system quantitative shrinkage crushing device manufacturing, installation, commissioning and strip operation have all been completed. And on February 22, 2019, we successfully passed the physical handover between the owner, the supervisor, and the constructor.

This transformation improves the function of the ore sampling and preparation system by adding equipment and software upgrading. The original device can only be crushed to 10mm, and subsequent subtraction and modulation of the manual preparation of the sample is transformed into the requirement of rapid preparation and efficient detection of online automatic preparation of ore samples with particle sizes smaller than 0.15mm.
