In September 2019, our company successfully signed with Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. for the Sintering Automatic Sample Inspection System project of No. 3 Blast Furnace System project.

A new sintering machine has been built in the Sintering project of Zhanjiang No. 3 Blast Furnace System, which covers an area of 550m2 and has an output of 6.13 million tons.The Sinter Sample Preparation and Inspection System is the most important equipment for the finished product inspection in the sintering plant.The Sinter Finished Product Sampling and Inspection System is mainly composed of Sintering Finished Product Automatic Sampling Equipment（preparation of collecting unit, particle size measuring unit, drum index measuring unit, preparation and collection units of samples for physical properties and chemical composition）, automatic control system and industrial monitoring system. It includes all the equipment, bracket, funnel and chute from the head funnel, the body of sample machine to the unloading of the return belt machine and the belt of finished product .

Since the Sintering Automatic Sampling System for Zhanjiang Iron and Steel No. 1 and No. 2 Blast Furnace was successfully put into operation in 2015, our company has won the bid again.Explaining the technology, quality and service of products of our company is fully recognized by users.
